How can I get started?
Choose dealer or driver to register your interest in early access. Already have an account? Use Log in at the top of the page.
How do I choose a driver?
Drivers submit quotes for your published run. You can review their profiles, ratings and verification information before choosing a driver.
When do I pay?
The MotorRelay platform fee is paid when you publish a run. After delivery is confirmed by QR code or PIN, you continue to Stripe to pay the accepted driver quote.
Can I save a run for later?
Yes. Save it as a draft, then return to your drafts to edit it or publish it when you're ready. A draft does not go live until the required publishing payment succeeds.
What can I see during a run?
You can view run progress, inspection evidence and the driver's shared location, as well as message the driver. Location visibility depends on the driver sharing their location and network availability.
